How Does It Work?

During the leasing process, eligible applicants may be offered the option to enroll in DepositIQ in place of paying a traditional security deposit. If DepositIQ is available for your apartment home, our leasing team will provide additional details regarding enrollment, fees, terms, and program requirements.

Important Information

Participation in DepositIQ does not waive a resident's financial obligations under the lease agreement. Residents remain responsible for any damages, unpaid rent, or other charges owed under the terms of the lease.
