The apts are gorgeous and I've appreciated Jennifer's patience! She has been incredibly helpful and gave me great tours. The combination of her welcoming energy and the beautiful property/units; I look forward to moving in. This place is so amazing! I have had the best experience finding an apartment. The amenities are outstanding. Liliana was AWESOME and ready to help! I have checked out almost every single apartment in the Southpark Meadows area, down to Manchaca area, and nothing compares to these. If I could give 6 stars I would! I was apprehensive in my search to find the “just right” fit for my next home. After visiting different communities I landed on Water Oak. I am so excited to live here that I already recommend a friend! The amenities are awesome and the view is fantastic. Ask for Lilliana she was amazing, friendly and ready to help. Definitely move here!!

I had an amazing tour today with Maria. She was very attentive, supportive, and a wonderful listener. Very friendly, funny, and kind staff in the leasing office. I felt welcomed, relaxed, valued, and it was a pleasant experience overall. This complex is absolutely stunning. They have a movie theater and a dog washing center! The amenities are top-notch quality, the units I viewed were top tier with all the premium fixtures you would expect of a true luxury complex.

As soon as I walked into Water Oak, it felt like I was already part of the community. Elizabeth gave me a wonderful tour and was extremely friendly. She made sure to let me know that they are super attentive to the property and care about each of their residents. She answered all my questions before I could even ask any. She also wrote down all the info I would need before going through with an application. She really showed that they are willing to go the extra mile.

Staff is friendly, neighbors and their dogs are friendly. The property is brand new and well kept, and still under construction. My apartment is on the top floor, and it's quiet! The clubhouse is lovely and amenities in general are fabulous. I appreciate the cleaning staff - keeping those community areas tidy and clean. The gym is outstanding. Management has responded to any issues that have come up. I feel safe here; the gates work. The sunset views are the icing on the cake!

This place is the best place to live. The movie theater is amazing for friends and family. The clubhouse is good for hangouts. The gym is spacious. The pool is so pretty. The maintenance people are also hands down amazing. They come when they say they will come and they are respectful. Elizabeth was an amazing tour guide and just sold the place even more. Me and my little family are so happy to call this place home.
